Would be the ONLY secretary of state with experience as First Lady.

No military experience

Global advocate of Women&#039;s and Children&#039;s Rights.

Lots of experience in the Senate

(Now some of these are humorous... I know.  But seriously, although historical precedent provides suggestion of qualities that make a good sec. of state, there is no set rubric for this position.  Should there be a rubric?  Thats for you to decide.)</description>
