Would be the ONLY secretary of state with experience as First Lady. No military experience Global advocate of Women's and Children's Rights. Lots of experience in the Senate (Now some of these are humorous... I know. But seriously, although historical precedent provides suggestion of qualities that make a good sec. of state, there is no set rubric for this position. Should there be a rubric? Thats for you to decide.) Possibly Pro’s and Cons of Hillary (I think all could be considered in both categories.)
