The White House is in foreclosure

Turns out, it’s actually a replica of the White House (3/4 size) built as a McMansion in Atlanta. It’s listed on the market at $9.8mm, but the bank note is apparently only about $1.75mm. There’s 16,000+ sq feet and 7 bedrooms, so at anything under $2.0mm, it’s probably a steal…
